I tried to revert software back to BN original from 1.4, copied the signed_bravo_update.dat file to nook, went to home screen and watched everything finish. Nook was starting up, and stayed at the startup screen, what can I do, it doesn't boot, nor can I get to the drive to reload software again?

nook color won't restart
I attempted to root using autonooter and it didn't work the first time so I was an idiot and tried again but didn't remove the micro sd at the end when booting. Now it will will not boot past the 'n' Nook symbol when I reboot. I have restore to factory default and it using the home key and on button but still get the same issue. Please help. Thanks.
adobe flash
I got a nook for christmas and I am trying to download ebooks from the library. I downloaded adobe flash onto my computer and when I try to transfer it to my nook it says that the devices are registered to different people. I spent a long time on the phone with customer service with both adobe and nook and they can't help me. Can someone help me? Thanks

Hi, I did a nook root from youtube. it is the CM7 one. I like the format of this and the autonooter over some of the others because I like having my apps in the extras area rather than on my home screen. PLEASE KNOW that even though I reference lingo doesn't mean I understand. Be kind.
Recently my nook color froze in startup. Some how I got it to boot, but now nothing from the market will download and install. Books etc are fine. Also I reset to stock once and my version went back to 1.0.1 and I had 1.2 or something like that.
What I am looking for is to get my downloads working again. If I need to reroot, I would like to get to the most recent version before BN gave us the android market. 1.2 I believe. Then I would like to root again with an updated root of the CM7 variety; anything that doesn't make my nook color act like a phone so to speak.
I have decided to come here for help because there are too many options in the world of this rooting, and some have lead me here anyway; so here I am. The lingo here is a bit high for me so if I am in the wrong place, please direct me to a lower level area where I can get things answered in one place. The youtube guy isn't very helpful after the root. I am hoping I can get continued support and learning here.
Okay, that's it. Let me know if I am in the right place for help. I love this rooting thing and want to learn more and install/upgrade/troubleshoot more efficiently on my nook color.
help!!!!!! i am not a tech junkie and have read so much new stuff. i bought a NC and am trying to root for my daughter, for her bday. i am running windows vista 64 bit on my laptop. have downloaded win32disk img software. i have a new class 4 8GB sandisk card. i am using the internal sd card slot on my laptop. i have the clockwork file for 8gig card, when i goto write to disk, drive h. I get an error msg NOT ENOUGH DISK SPACE> can someone help me. thx Moose
Unable to Root Touch Nook
I have a Touch Nook model BNRV300 with Software 1.0.0 and have tried rooting it as described and it has not worked.
I have tried several times but the rooting does not seem to complete the boot.
I am unsure it mounts the storage as it does not show 7 partitions mentioned.
I replaced the uRamdisk file, though I did not overwrite it as I am unsure how to do this. (working from Windows XP)
Repowering the Nook returns it to the BN system.
Explanation and Assistance in making this work would be appreciated.

I later found touchnooter-1-6-24 and loaded this with few problems. Now I'm checking this out. It seems very good as it is added to the nook without removing the BN system.
