Talk:Nooklets
From nookDevs
Because of the fact that nooklet stores for apps in /system/media/sdcard and nooklibrary lists html files in its list, parts of nooklets are also displayed in nooklibrary (like eink.html etc). So it would be good if nooklets people came to some agreement with nooklibrary people so those htmls are not displayed. Perhaps nooklibrary should ignore directory /system/media/sdcard/nooklets, or perhaps nooklet container should accept nooklets packed into .tar.gz or something. --Spec 07:40, 19 February 2010 (PST)
I filed a bug for this on Nook Library () and hari said he is going to add options to block folders in next version. --anasazi775 12:05, 19 February 2010 (EST)
Unsolved issue
Well, this problem has been going on since the february and currently it's august, but there's no way to hide those .html files in library, is there? Please fix this issue, if there are going to be released new nooklets (which is a very good thing), then I don't want to see a hundred .html files in my library.
- I thought this was fixed - you put some sort of file in the root of the directory that you dont want parsed by nooklets and it doesn't parse it. I dont have any more specifics handy. --Spec 14:59, 6 August 2010 (PDT)
Can you give me a link or something, so I can fix this problem? Thanks --Atomix 14:00, 17 August 2010 (PDT)
