- Proxy Support: A reliable, robust means is needed to support associating a proxy server and port or proxy auto-configuration URL with a wireless connection.
- Android 2.3 Gingerbread: A ROM to run the most current version of Android aka Gingerbread that is safe and easy to intall. Also after that maybe a ROM for Honeyomb 3.0
App Related
Current Apps that Need Work
- Launcher Pro: Can't add shortcuts or folder, or most importantly, change shortcuts on the dock.
- Verizon Fios DVR Manager: Requires a cell phone number to put in so the app can connect to a device - so a way to trick the nook in to having "my cell phone" number would be amazing. Thank you
- Remember The Milk: After signing in, it begins syncing, but then just returns back to the sign on screen.
- Sketch Online: Loads registration screen, will register and then automatically login, briefly shows game but then loops back to registration process.
Requests for New Apps
- An app that allows for customization of the stock B&N Homescreen. (ie add apps, sideloaded books). I personally find it less clumsy than some 3rd party launchers.
