Regarding this wishlist item: Verizon Fios DVR Manager: Requires a cell phone number to put in so the app can connect to a device - so a way to trick the nook in to having "my cell phone" number would be amazing. Thank you

If you buy Privacy Blocker (by Xeudoxus), you can change the functionality of the APK to return a hard-coded cell phone number whenever the APK checks for one. You can even specify the number to use.
